Senior BJP leaders met at Keshubhai’s Gandhinagar residence. Former chief minister Keshubhai Patel, who is against Chief Minister Narendra Modi, had make a trip to Delhi impress senior party leaders on the subject of change leadership in Gujarat. Suresh Mehta told reporters that Keshubhai made a presentation for this meeting.

In Delhi, Keshu Bapa met LK Advani, Arun Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj and Sanjay Joshi and describe them about the situation in Gujarat. Nitin Gadkari was not a part of meeting cause of family function. According to these leaders, BJP needs to make changes in the administration if BJP wants to improve its standing among the people. The party should decide who the next chief minister should be, he said.

 Stating that Keshubhai’s government was far better than the Modi government, Mehta said that in 1995 when Keshubhai became the chief minister Gujarat’s economy was in a disaster. Mehta also said that Keshubhai pulled the state’s economy from the disaster and the capital which was empty had a progress soon. Mehta claimed that the government was using fake figures to misguide Gujarati people who are angry today.
