Having recognized & realized that the construction Industry is Known to be one of the primary drivers of Economic Growth n Gujarat involving sizable investment &employment and supporting large number of 200 above Industries, it was thought fit to form an apex body of Housing & Real Estate Developers in Gujarat so that it can make significant contribution to State’s GDP growth.

The underlying idea was to Achieve effective and efficient growth to achieve coordinated development of Construction Industry in the State so that process of Industrialization & Urbanization can be fostered keeping in view the present & future growth of construction chain & the diversification that is taking place in the construction industry. FREDAG was formed under the Leadership of Renowned stupendous Builder of Gujarat Hon’ble Shri Anilbhai Bakeri. It is affiliated with Nation Organization of Builders viz Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India- CREDAI.

It is encouraging to note that span of 9 Years, FREDAG has been able to cover within its fold 22 Real Estate Developers Associations from all over the State. It has therefore acquired the unique distinction of being a representative body of above 5000 Builders engaged in construction industry from allover GUJARAT. It’s a matter of pride that FREDAG is strongest Federation among all 27 Federations of different States of India affiliated with CREDAI as entire Gujarat is covered with affiliation on maximum Nos. of Association.
