Follow Step 1 to 8

Step - 1

Go to the PayPal website at www.paypal.com.

Step - 2

Click on "Sign up", under the Account Login section.

Step - 3

On the "Create Your PayPal Account" screen, select "Your country or region" from the dropdown menu.

Step - 4

Select "Your language" from the dropdown menu.

Step - 5

Click "Get Started" under your chosen account type: Personal, Premier, or Business.

Step - 6

Enter your information in the fields: Email Address, Password, Name, Complete Address, and Phone Number.

Step - 7

Click to read the “User Agreement”.

Step - 8

Click the "Agree and Create Account" button.
