The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) plans a mega rally at Bandra-Kurla Complex grounds on December 22, which will be addressed by its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. A core committee meeting of the party took place at the Mumbai BJP office in Dadar Sunday to draw round the plans for what it called “the mother of all rallies”. This will be the first time Narendra Modi will speak to a public rally in Mumbai since Narendra Modi distance from the ground as the election campaign chief and prime ministerial candidate.

Narendra Modi BJP Rally Mumbai in expects 81,000 individuals from as many booths, which have been covered as a pre-poll exercise, to visit Mumbai for the rally. Each booth head is likely to be accompanied by four to five persons, taking the total attendance to over 2.5 lakh people. The Mumbai unit of the BJP has plans to mobilise as many people in the city too.
