Renault Duster SUV launches at Rs 7.19 lakh

The petrol variants of the new car are available for Rs. 7,19,000 and Rs. 8,19,000, whereas, the 83 hp diesel variants come with price tags of Rs. 7,99,000, Rs. 8,99,000 and Rs. 9,99,000. See the slideshow for more details.

The Renault Duster SUV has a monocoque body.

5-speed gearbox on the petrol & diesel 85 engines, 6-speed gearbox on the diesel 110.

No mention of an Indian launch for the 4x4, despite it being present on the 108 BHP export version.

Currently Renault India has 55 dealerships, aiming to reach 100 by end of 2012.
