How to Make Khakhra at Home
There are differences in the preparation methods but usually the following method is observed;
Take Wheat Flour and mold with Water then add some Salt in to it. Now knead flour and make level. Make small and alike ball of dough to make Roti. Roll out Roti of each ball make them as thin as likely. Roast Roti from side regularly. Press with some cloth from TOP while roasting from each side. Roast until Roti becomes crunchy and brown in color. Ready for your Gujarati Khakhra Dish then serve with curds pickles, ghee or chutney.
