Cyclothon is a cycling competition where so many interested people are participating. This year Cyclothon is organized in Rajkot on the Worlds’ Heart Day. The Worlds’ Heart Day is celebrated on 28th September. The Cyclothon is organized by Wockhardt Hospital and The Time of India.

The Wackhardt hospital is a famous hospital in Rajkot. The Wackhardt hospital and The Times of India are organizing this event to create awareness in minds of people about our health, especially for healthy heart. This is very important matter to be considered as now people are becoming lazy and people are used to have junk food in spite of healthy food.
Even people are becoming lazy about workout and even no one likes to go out without any vehicle. So all these factors are ultimately affecting our Heart. If any person is becoming heart patient, his/her life will be very restricted. The expense of heart disease cure is very high and it is not affordable for lower class people.
Cycling is the best way to keep your heart healthy. This way you can do your workout and ultimately you can keep your heart healthy. The aWorlds’ Heart Day is a good option to create awareness about health and healthy heart. The participant needs to wear the T-shirt given by the organizers.
