Kadva Patidar Community Club UV Organize 365 Dhwajarohan Mahotsav at Sidsar

Club UV Rajkot has organized 365 Dhwajarohan mahotsav at Umiya mataji temple in Sidsar on 16 November 2014. This holy and historical moment will be enjoyed by more than 15000 kadva patidar members from Saurashtra region.

Dhwajarohan Mahotsav on 16 November 2014

Venue----: Shri Vijapura Vidya Sankul, Sidsar.

Timings--: 8 AM-1.30 PM

8 am------: Registration at Shri Vijapura Vidya Sankul, Sidsar

8 to 8.45 am- Snacks (Alpahar)

8.45-9.45 am- poojavidhi of Dhwajaji

9.45-10.45 am- the participated family’s photo session with Dhwajaji

10.45-11.45 am- Shri Vijapura Vidya Sankul to Umiya Mataji temple

11.45-12.15 am- Parikrama of Maa Umiya with Dhwajaji

12.15-12.30 am- Aarohan vidhi for Dhwaja

12.30 am Onwards- Back to Shri Vijapura Vidya Sankul and Bhojan Prasad

Club UV is famous for its Navratri celebration. On this devotional event, 365 families of kadva patidar community will dedicate ‘Dhwaja’ to Maa Umiya which is organized by Club UV. Everyday dhwaja on the temple will be changed as Club UV has registered for 1 year or 365 days.

So by this idea of 365 dhwaja, that 365 families can have Dhwajarohan function on their family’s any special events. This dhwajarohan mahotsav is organized to show their devotions to their Kuldevi Umiya mataji.

After completing all functions there are some functions are organized by Umiya mataji mandir including ‘Rajat tula’ and others. Rajattula is the ceremony where the pre-registered person is weighted with silver and after that that silver is donated. This rajattula ceremony is done of Dr. Dahyabhai Patel, president of shri Umiya mataji mandir, Sidsar and his wife Labhuben Patel.

There will be nearly 15000+ people will be attending this holy function on 16th November 2014.
