Government Ayurvedic Hospital in Rajkot at University Road launched by Anandiben Patel
Gujarat Chief Minister Smt Anandiben Patel on 9th November 2014 Sunday firmly stated that her government is determined to spread Ayurveda Medical System and Ayurveda medicines in rural Gujarat. Anandiben Patel inaugurated new government Ayurvedic hospital in Rajkot.
Speaking at the function organized to dedicate newly constructed Ayurveda Hospital in Rajkot to the people, CM Smt Patel suggested embracing the ancient Ayurvedic system developed by our Rushi-Munis into the present syllabus of the Ayurveda course.
The new Ayurveda hospital will provide all kinds of Ayurvedic medical facilities to the citizens of 16 talukas and 1000 villages of Rajkot and Morbi districts. The Hospital is constructed over 2449 sq. meters. It is consisting of 50 beds and 10 special rooms.
On the occasion, CM Smt Patel had also honored three noted Ayurveda exponents for their remarkable contributions in the Ayurveda system. Gujarat Health Minister Mr. Nitin Patel said in today’s era of modern medical science, the Ayurveda medical system is equally acceptable and popular. He said, the State government was determined to create healthy society; and therefore for people’s health and safety a large, specific fund was allocated in the state budget.
Others, who charmed the event, included Minister of State for Forest & Environment Mr. Govindbhai Patel, Rajkot Mayor Mrs. Rakshaben Boliya, Agriculture Minister Mr. Babubhai Bokhiriya, Chairman of Gau Seva Ayog Dr. Vallabhbhai Kathiriya, MLAs – Mrs. Bhanuben Babariya, Mr. Bavanjibhai Metaliya, Mr. Indranilbhai Rajyaguru, BJP city president Mr. Bhikhabhai Vasoya and others. |
