More than 50000 NRIs Expected to Visit Gujarat during Vibrant Gujarat 2015 Summit

The vibrant Gujarat Summit 2015 in January has been scaled up. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who started the event in 2003 when he was Gujarat chief minister, will inaugurate the next vibrant summit which is being called ‘Davos of the East’ due to its international scale. He will also host a assembly for Fortune 500 CEOs on the opening day, January 11.

Vibrant Gujarat 2015 will have eight partner countries including US, Australia, UK, Singapore, Netherlands, South Africa, Canada and Japan. During Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2015, there will be more than 50,000 NRIs expected to arrive in Gujarat.

As these much NRIs are expected to visit during vibrant summit 2015, hotels, restaurants, real estate, airlines, gold and silver, automobile market will be on hike. NRIs are expected to invest in real estate business.  A 35% increase is expected in NRI investment in real estate & property.

Due to Vibrant summit and Pravasi bhartiya divas, NRIs will be more this year so Gujarat Tourism has arranged 1000 swiss tents to manage the accommodation.  Many VVIP delegates will also be there to take part in vibrant Gujarat summit 2015.

The NRIs are coming during November to January month and during these 3 months all flights from foreign are packed from December.  As NRIs will come, they will also increase tourism business in Gujarat. The five star hotels are packed from now.

As per Credai India’s report that NRIs will invest 35% more this year in real estate field. This time the demand for low size or low budget flat/house along with posh bungalows and luxurious flats will be more. The demand of antique jewelries of gold will be at hike as the rate of gold is up to 25,000 Rs.
