National Saras Mela 2014 in Rajkot Gujarat from 18 to 31 December 2014

National Saras Mela is organized in Rajkot in December 2014 under the District Administrative Department. The Saras Mela will have about 250 stalls. The National Saras Mela is organized at Race course Ground, Rajkot.

The products made by self helping groups, sakhi mandalo and workers under the BPL category will be set for direct selling. This will also provide financial independence to those workers. The District Administrative Department has organized this National Saras Mela from 18th to 31st December 2014.

The manufacturers from the whole country can take part in this National Saras Mela and around 250 stalls will be there. The Executive Collector Dr. Dhaval Patel said that the BPL category people are facing so many problems while selling their manufactured products.

The National Saras Mela will provide platform to all those manufacturers and they can get easy buyers. In this National Saras Mela Government and Board Corporation offices’ stalls will be there.  There will be complete arrangement for stall owners and buyers. There are total 22 committees are arranged under the guidance of senior officers to manage all the aspects in National Saras Mela.
