UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon to Attend Vibrant Gujarat Summit in Gujarat 2015

UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon will attend Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2015 in January 2015 in Gujarat. Finance Minister of Gujarat Saurabh Patel said “Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the UN, is going to take part in our Vibrant Gujarat Summit-2015. He will come to Gujarat on January 10 and he will be present at the inauguration function on January 11”.

As per Gujarat Government officials, the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2015 will have the highest number of foreign and NRI visitors and dignitaries of various countries. Gujarat government officially announced that United Nations General Secretary Ban Ki Moon will be attending the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2015.

MSMEs in Gujarat will be one of the main themes of upcoming Vibrant Gujarat summit 2015. United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon will also visit Sabarmanti Ashram of Mahatma Gandhi in Ahmedabad. This would be the first time visit of the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon to a business summit. UN Secretary General earlier visited India in 2012.

The Gujarat Government is going to organize the Vibrant Gujarat International Investors Summit 2015 from 7 to 13 January 2015 with an aim to attract more investment in the Gujarat state. Vibrant Gujarat 2015 will be inaugurated by our former CM and current Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
