Rajkot to Delhi Direct Flight by Air India to Start from 23 February 2015

Rajkot to Delhi direct flight service is finally starting from 23 February 2015 Monday. Many applications were given to start this direct flight service but finally it is starting from 23 February. Last year in April 2014 Rajkot to Delhi direct flight was announced.

Rajkot to Delhi Direct Flight Schedule :

From Delhi : 5:45 am

From Rajkot : 8:45 am

This direct flight connectivity is the first connection of Saurashtra region to Delhi. Rajkot to Delhi direct flight service will be started by Air India. For the first flight of Rajkot to Delhi, the ticket price will be Rs 7836. The booking for the first flight is already started.

There will be 70 seater ATR-600 aircraft for Rajkot to Delhi route. This flight will be off on every Wednesday due to operational reasons.

Air India Rajkot Manager Ramakant Khavaliya said, “Rajkot to Delhi flight service was decided to start from 15 February 2015 but it was cancelled. Chamber of Commerce and others have given application to Delhi High Authorities to start the service and as the result of it, the flight service is starting from 23 February 2015.”

The advance booking of flight may give some concession. So now it is a good news for Saurashtra Businessmen.
