Latest MOUs between Gujarat and China - May 2015 News

The Gujarat Government signed MOUs with a Chinese Enterprise in Beijing on the last day of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Three Days China Visit in May 2015.

Gujarat Chief Minister Mrs. Anandiben Patel was also part of this Industrial & Business Visit in China. These MOUs are signed at Beijing in presence of Anandi Patel’s, which is related to an investment of Rs 29,000 crore for smart city, which is spread over 20sq KM and 10,000 crore for setting up an industrial park in Gujarat. Anandiben Patel was part of the delegation with India PM Narendra Modi during this neighbor country tour and business meet.

In presence of Gujarat CM Anandi Patel MOUs are signed between Cement Plant “Sandhi Industries of Gujarat” and Chinese company for production of electricity from gas wastage of cement plant located in Gujarat.

Another MoU was concluded between “iNDEXTb and Sinofinn Group” as part of Gujarat Government's cleanliness and green energy drives. The agreement related to setting up bio-waste based power projects.

" Dong Jun, Chairman of Guangdong Richwood Group, and the CM Anandi patel discussed possibilities for viable projects in hospitality and tourism infrastructure in Gandhinagar, transport infrastructure in Surat and logistics parks near Kandla Port and Dahej Investment Region in Gujarat.
