The Civic Code starts off with basic talks on Indian Constitution, Society, and People exploring grass root topics, questions, discussions etc which may make the reader wonder about how basic yet very important they are. Most part of the book outlines suggestions for the betterment of society which may seem very basic and unimportant but when you read the content of the book and give it a thought; ask questions to your own self, you realise that it is a handy text to remind yourself and people around you about the Civic Duties that one owes to Society and Nation before complaining about the System.
This book is an excellent alternate to stereotype gifts like bouquets, sweets, greeting cards, other gift articles etc to present on any special occasions, events, and festivals etc regardless of gender and age group especially with Diwali round the corner, please read it and spread it. |
