We do not know where our food comes from, what are the issues of growing food, what sort of chemical fertilizer, pesticide is being applied to the plants and its produce that we consume and more. The purpose of this workshop is then to create awareness amongst children the importance of growing our own food. Try and understand the food chain, what are the agents that give support in growth of the plants and connect to the problems of growing food, learn important role of farmers and thank for their contribution. |
