Shweta Rathore is taking fitness training for the upcoming competition of Three Body Building and Fitness Championships in Bhutan. Miss India Sports Physique Champion 2015 Shweta Rathore is a founder and president of the NGO God's Beautiful Child, first Indian brand ambassador for Muscletech India and sponsored athlete of Neulife. Miss Asia 2015 Fitness Physique Shweta Rathore is spending two hours in doing cardio workout, yoga and meditation and also taking training from choreographer along with training in martial arts as well as weight training for 4 hours every day to mould her body to suit the requirement for the championship. Shweta Rathore says about her preparation to win the body building and physique championship, "Every day I change the training according to the development of my body and also my eating and drinking patterns are set according to it. In the end the training is increased and the body is given the right final touch according to the competition.
