Omung Kumar is all set to Make Another Sports Drama Film Named Yubi Lakpi

Omung Kumar is an Indian Film Director and Production Designer. He made his directorial debut with the film Mary Kom. Sports Drama Film is Biography of Indian Boxer Mary Kom. Mary Kom was biggest hit film which featured Global star Priyanka Chopra as Main lead role.

Omung Kumar is returns with Sports Drama film one more time for the audiences. He is going to make the film on Rugby game. Rugby is basically played in North - East State, Manipur. Rugby game was played with coconut for hundreds of years.

Filmmaker Omung Kumar is named his Sports Drama film Yubi Lakpi. He is last directed the film Bhoomi which featured Sanjay Dutt and Aditi Rao Hydari. He said that he was writing the film Yubi Lakpi for past two years. He also does some research work in Manipur for the gane Rugbi and the film Yubi Lakpi.

The National Award Winning Director Omung Kumar is going to start his film Yubi Lakpi in Manipur after that they shifted to London. He also planned to shoot some parts of the film in Mauritius. He planned to release this film next year.

He collaborates with Sandeep Singh for the third time. Sandeep Singh is going to produce the film Yubi Lakpi. He was work with Omung Kumar in Sarbjit and Bhoomi. Omung Kumar said that five writers are working on the film Yubi Lakpi. Among all this writers, one is from Australia another is from Manipur, two writers are from Mumbai and fifth writer is Omung Kumar himself.
