Anushka Sharma’s Big Step for Animal Welfare Shows her Love for Animals 

Anushka Sharma is a Well Know Bollywood Actress and Film Producer. She is among the Highest Paid Actresses in India. She received Several Awards including the prestigious Filmfare award. She made her debut from the movie, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, opposite SRK.

Anushka Sharma, alongside movies, endorses multiple Brands and Products. Moreover she has her very own Fashion Brand for women called ‘NUSH’. She is very vocal about several causes and supports various charities. She is also co-founder of the Production Company named Clean Slate Films.

Anushka Sharma has been quite vocal about Animal rights on her social media account. In April 2014’ she tweeted asking for a ban on horse-drawn carriages. In June 2015, she asked her fans to sign a petition against a Yulin Dog Meat Festival in China. In October 2015, she also launched a campaign called ‘Pawsitivity’ aiming to create awareness about the adverse effect of noise, air, water and soil pollution on animals.

On account of her 30th birthday Anushka Sharma announced Shelter for Homeless Animas. She writes a heartfelt note on her instagram account. She has been planning to make this place from quite some time. She was inspired by Dalai Lama and decided to take such strong action.  She plans to build the Animal shelter just outside the Mumbai city.

Anushka Sharma is very fond of Animals. She is very close to her dog named Dude. She is seen with cute dogs in a commercial for Pixel2XL. Dude, her pet dog, becomes a proud blood donor according to Anushka’s recent post on her instagram.
