Bollywood Actor Ayushmann Khurrana Takes a New Initiative to Make Chandigarh Honk Free

Ayushmann Khurrana is an Indian Bollywood Movie Actor and Singer who recently had an online conversation with Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Traffic Shashank Anand from Chandigarh in regard to promote the no honking campaign for Chandigarh.

Few days ago SSP Traffic Police of Chandigarh tweeted and requested Ayushmann Khurrana to promote the #makechandigarhhonkfree campaign. He hoped for a positive response from Ayushmann Khurrana since Chandigarh is his home town.

In reply to Traffic Police Officer Shashank Ayushmann Khurrana tweeted he is honoured to promote this initiative of #makechandigarhhonkfree campaign. He also felt sorry for his delayed response in the same tweet.

Traffic Officer Shashank Anand used an Idea and choose Ayushmann for the campaign since Ayushmann had a good connection with the city and had a huge fan following as he is a bollywood actor from Chandigarh.

It is a joint initiative of Chandigarh Police and the HDFC Bank to make the Chandigarh city Honk free. Shashank Anand (SSP Traffic) addresses the Press Conference which held at HDFC Bank’s head office discussing the issues of traffic, road facilities and noise pollution.
