Nano City of Sabeer Bhatia at Dholera SIR in Gujarat India
We all are aware of the fact that the area in and around Dholera is an upcoming area and is a hub for industrialization. One of the major contributors to this enormous pace of development in Dholera is the company headed by Sabeer Bhatia and is known as one of the four major contributing companies. These companies are Universal Success Enterprise Limited (USEL), Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (DMICDC) and Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) which are also in this project to develop the area of Dholera into an excellent facility. Sabeer Bhatia’s company is known as the Nano City.
Features of Nano City:
According to Sabeer Bhatia, the completion of the project will take another 10-15 years but will certainly consist of the best of the facilities when it comes to fine living. The other features of township are as follows:
- Various categories of residential buildings such as flats to bungalows
- Setting up of an educational institute with a campus tie up with a Pittsburgh-based university
- The township shall use abundant solar energy for most of its energy related purposes
- Near to the State Highway No.-6.
- Bhavnagar Port and Pipavav Port are also nearby through road connectivity.
- In close proximity to New Kalpaser Dam Alignment which is a very convenient way to join Saurashtra to Bharuch and South Gujarat as well.
The company of Nano City will develop a special investment region (SIR) at Dholera named Nano Park with an investment of close to Rs. 30,000 crore. According to him, “We are going to develop a new city, a bigger version of a township, which will have every desired facility,” he said. Located just 80 km away from Ahmedabad, there are plans to include airports in the township as well apart from water bodies for different purposes.
