Krushi Mahotsav Generally will be held during in Month of May. Krishi Mahotsav 2013 will be held in 14 May to 31 May 2013 this year on cluster basis in villages of Gujarat as per the taluka panchayat seats. Pashu Arogya Melas will be part of the Gujarat Krushi Mahotsav 2013. Pashu Arogya Melas, over 5000 animals will be operated on and for the first time, orthopedics for animals has been called.
What is the Main Theme of Gujarat Krushi Mahotsav 2013 ?
Main theme of this year’s Krushi Mahotsav 2013 is micro irrigation and better practices in animal husbandry. Drip Irrigation saves water, labor and power and at the same time increases productivity.
