Company Profile : Kadvani Forge Limited (KFL) is on the path of success since it’s inception in 1997 when we started 50 M. Tones of forging manufacturing capacity per month. We have progressed exponentially and now we have capacity to manufacture 3000 M.Tones of forgings per month. We have been approved by OEMs in the country and so far developed 850 components, within ten years for National and International buyers from USA, Europe & Middle East.
Today we are one of the best steel forging component manufacturer in the region having the entire basic infrastructure to manufacture quality forged products. The key to our success is overall support of each and every individual of our company who are fully aware of the products and process as per company’s policy and it’s objectives. The production shop layout of the company is as per manufacturing process flow, which facilities very easy movement of material for the next process and help to maintain efficient and effective housekeeping. Die shop is equipped with sophisticated machines like VMC (Vertical Machining Center) with Unigraphics Nx-CAM software to maintain accuracy & consistency in the die. We can manufacture steel forgings up to 80 kg single piece weight.
