Few Word about company : Cast & Alloys was incorporated in the year 1989, to cater to the Quality Pistons & Permanent Mould Castings requirements of Global Automotive, Stationary Diesel Engine, Compressors and Marine Engine.
The company wishes to meet the present and future needs of its customers by developing, manufacturing and marketing Quality Products. The company aims more at selling the quality products than the mere products. Cast & Alloys supplies pistons and automotive castings as Original Equipment in India and abroad.
As a part of our strong commitment to Quality, our products today are well accepted in the markets of United States of America & the European Union. To provide effective marketing support we have established our marketing office in the United States of America – SUNAG CORPORATION based at Towaco, New Jersey - USA.
In line with company’s efforts, towards continuous improvement and achieving excellence in the field of piston and casting manufacturing, the company has brought its quality systems in line with the international standards. The company is a Certified ISO 9001 - 2000 company. We are upgrading our quality systems further to TS 16949 Quality Standard’s of International Standards Organization and will seek TS certification by April 2007.
Widening our scope in the aluminum segment, we have successfully ventured into offering complete solutions for Aluminum Gravity Die Casting and Aluminum Forgings. We can supply raw castings / forgings or offer the same in fully machined conditions using sophisticated CNC Turning & Milling Machines. |
