History
Founded in 1982 by Dr. Mukesh Batra, Dr. Batra's has come a long way today with 57 clinics spread across 25 cities in India, Dubai and UK. Our diverse and highly skilled workforce consists of approximately 850 people with around 250 doctors to help us serve our purpose. With its headquarter situated in the business hub of India - Mumbai - Dr. Batra's is now spreading wings to gradually capture the global market as well. Today, our company provides state-of-the-art services to more than half a million people from all over the world and the number is steadily growing.
According to a survey conducted in 2002 by American Quality Assessors – a US-based market research organization, Dr. Batra's received a Customer Satisfaction Rate of 98% (March 2003 audit) and this itself speaks volumes about us as a company!
