A philosophy, a passion that has passed from generation to generation defined our success over the years. The story of Amit Enterprises Housing Limited began when Shri Govindrao alias Appasaheb Pate (Wani) came to Pune from Chalisgaon in Jalgaon District of Khandesh. He started his career in Pune as a school teacher but his spirit of entrepreneurship compelled him to do something new. He started to gather information on real estate in Pune and thus initiated a business of real estate brokerage under the name of 'Vijay Estate Agency'.

At the tender age of 17 Kishor Pate the eldest son began taking interest in his father’s business. He quickly picked up the skills and intricacies of the business. A simultaneous Baccalaureate degree in Political Science helped him channelize his potential in the right direction. Today he is the Chairman and Managing Director of the group

In 1983, Amit Enterprises Housing Limited was formed as a construction firm. Kishor Pate’s brother, Rajendra Pate having completed his Civil Engineering joined the firm and was later joined by their youngest brother, Sanjeev Pate who had completed his education in commerce. All the Pate brothers brought to the table the inheritance of excellence and academic wisdom which shaped the future as we see it today.

The unbeatable combination of Kishor’s imagination and business sense, Rajendra’s technical abilities and Sanjeev’s marketing and advertising skills gives them an edge over their competitors.

Founded in 1963, by Late G.K. Pate (Appasaheb Wani) as a real estate company with high standards and potential for growth, transformed into gigantic Amit Enterprises Housing Limited in 1983, having an insatiable desire to achieve greater success with each passing year…
