Suvidha InfraEstate Corporation Limited was originally Incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 21st January, 1992 under the banner of Polson Dairy Limited and its name subsequently changed to Dairyfield Limited in 1994.

The core business of the Company through the 90’s and the early half of the new millennium was processing of milk, at an installed capacity of 2 lac litres of milk per day, and in the manufacture of milk products.

Due to some unfavorable conditions in the Dairy Industry, the directors along with the consensus of its Share Holders decided to exit the industry and foray into real estate and infrastructure activities as the promoters originally belonged to the industry having strong technical knowledge and experience.

Hence, Suvidha InfraEstate Corporation Limited (SICL) was born. In the first month of its inception SICL launched a premium Residential Plotting Scheme with support of Suvidha Projects Pvt. Ltd named 64 Park Avenue.
