6th Annual Golden Kela Awards 2014
The nominations for the 6th Golden Kela Awards 2014 to honour the best performances and movies of the year have been declared. Importantly celebrated performances by Aditya Roy Kapoor and Ranveer Singh have been nominated in the best Actor category.
Deepika Padukone finds herself in the best Actress list for her South Indian act in Chennai Express. Sonakshi Sinha, Shraddha Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are nominated too. Rakesh Roshan and Rohit Shetty have been nominated in the best Director category. Tum Hi Ho finds a mention in the ‘Most grating Song of the Year’.

Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ameesha Patel together won the best Supporting Actor award for Race 2. The winners include Go Goa Gone, Saheb Biwi aur Gangster Returns, and The Lunchbox Movie. Lot of Celebrities come at this Golden Kela Awards, It comes as a shock that some actors who have proudly won many a laurel for their performance in other award functions, have not been spared by the Golden Kela Awards jury.
