The company has diversified its business into creation of SEZ infrastructures. The first of its creation is of Development of Dholera Mega Industrial Park- “Dholera Nano City” (the “Project”) in Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) at Dholera, Gujarat; (www.dholerasez.com).
The company has initiated the process for the Project by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth 252 Crore Rs. with Govt. of Gujarat during Vibrant Gujarat Investor Summit-2011 for the development of Phase I of Dholera Mega Industrial Park Project- “Dholera Nano City”; Prior to this, the promoters of the company had purchased and possess on their name 415 acres of private land at Dholera before two years for the development of Dholera Mega Industrial Park Project/ Multi SEZ consisting of three SEZs, viz. one Engineering SEZ, one Free Trade Warehousing Zone and one Gems & Jewellery SEZ; (www.dholerananocity.com).
Dholera SIR Infra Development Ltd has also initiated the process for the development of Logistics Park at Dholera Special Investment Region by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth 102 Crore Rs. with Govt. of Gujarat during Vibrant Gujarat Investor Summit-2011. The Company has already started process of Land acquisition for the Logistics Park.
Dholera SIR Infra Development Ltd is diversifying its business into creation of Real Estate infrastructures. The Company has already successfully launched “Dholera Airport Avenue”, spread over 91115 sq. yard weekend living residential scheme with Suvidha Infra Estate Corporation Limited which is BSE listed company in the vicinity of Dholera Special Investment region. Again, Dholera SIR Infra Development Ltd ha launched New Residential Scheme “Dholera Metro City” at Valinda Village which is spread over 44045 sq. yard on State Highway No. 6 (New express way) near by New International Airport, in the vicinity of Dholera Special Investment Region.
